The Cajun Injector 9 1/2 inch Signature Series Injector is great for those large injecting jobs or for catering purposes.  The Cajun Injector 9 1/2 inch Signature Series Injector holds 4 oz. of marinade and injects to a depth of 5 1/2 inches! Perfect for large turkeys, chickens or roasts.

How to clean and care for your injector pump (marinade injector):

  • Attach needle to injector pump by turning clockwise until snug.  Do not over tighten injector pump needle.
  • For best results, make sure the plunger in your injector pump is coated with oil prior to using.
  • Injector pumps are not dishwasher safe.  We suggest hand washing in warm soapy water.  Wash shortly after use.
  • To avoid misplacing the needle(s), we suggest storing your needle inside the injector pump chamber.
