This turkey fryer pot also includes a spigot! What's a "spigot"? It's a spout on the side of the turkey fryer pot. This allows liquids to drain from the pot safely and easily. HOWEVER, here's a hint . . . allow the grease to cool before you put drain it into the grease containers! Also, try to sift most particles that are left in the grease for easier draining.
