Bayou Classic has designed one of the best commercial strength aluminum turkey fryers available on the market today.  The turkey fryer burner pumps out 150,000 BTUs which can be adjusted to a small simmer or a high flame.  The tall, narrow turkey pot design requires less oil than a standard stockpot.  A raised poultry rack is included that allows the oil to circulate evenly when frying poultry.  The grab hook provides a way to safely insert and remove poultry from the hot oil.  Pot holds up to a 25 pound turkey.
